Administrative Support for Primary Care

We are looking for someone with solid experience in qualified and independent administrative work, who is comfortable in a role with significant responsibility and many points of contact.

With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a well-functioning primary care system by providing professional and structured administrative support to both the management team and operations.

In the primary care management team, you will play an important role in supporting our health centers in achieving the right staffing by managing the staffing of doctors through staffing agencies. You will work with orders, requests, and maintain close communication with managers and staffing companies. This part of the job involves close communication with both primary care management, managers, and partners.

You will also provide administrative support to the team members, with tasks spanning a wide range, including work in our personnel systems, meeting bookings, compiling materials, preparing meetings, and representing the primary care management in various networks.

About You

We are looking for someone with several years of documented experience in independent administrative work, preferably within public services or healthcare. You need to have good HR administrative skills and be accustomed to working in various IT systems such as Excel. A very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. Experience with staffing issues and working in the personnel system Heroma is an advantage.

Since the position involves many contacts, both internally and externally, it is important that you have a professional demeanor and a high level of service.
